At trendspotz, your satisfaction is our top priority. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to make the return process simple and hassle-free. Please review the policy below to understand how returns work and what to expect.
You can return items that meet the following criteria:
Return Period: Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
Item Condition: Returned products must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
For hygiene and final-sale purposes, we cannot accept returns on the following:
Intimate wear (e.g., underwear, swimwear)
Final sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Customized or personalized items
To return an item, simply follow these steps:
Get in Touch: Email us at [email protected] or use the return request form on our website. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for your return.
Return Authorization: Once approved, you’ll receive a return authorization number and detailed instructions on where and how to send your item.
Package the Item: Repack your item securely in its original packaging. Include the return authorization number in your package.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing insurance, as we are not liable for lost or undelivered returns.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
Refund Method: We’ll issue your refund to the original payment method.
Processing Time: Please allow up to 3-15 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Partial Refunds: If items are returned worn, damaged, or not in original condition (excluding manufacturer defects), only a partial refund may be granted.
We currently do not process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or color, please return the original item following the process above and place a new order for the preferred item.
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll offer a replacement or full refund, including any shipping charges, once the claim is verified.
